Colombia Buesaco EA Decaf

Light-Medium Roast (City+)

This coffee leans just a bit on the bright side of traditional. Sweet and a little tart with low bitterness, this decaf is a pleasant cup. I recommend it most for filter brewing - drip and pour-over.

Origin: Colombia - Buesaco and Cauca
Varieties: Bourbon, Caturra, Colombia
Process: Washed, then EA decaf
Elevation: 1700-2100 MASL
Roast Level: Medium-Light (City+)
Best after:  7-14 days from roast
