Medium-Dark Roast (Full City+)
Bold, traditional coffee flavor. Roasty and full-bodied with low perceived acidity. This is my personal go-to as an espresso daily driver, but it also works well for auto-drip or immersion. I wouldn't really recommend it for pour-over.
Tasting notes: Dark Chocolate, Pine, Lime Zest
Origin: Colombia, Nariño - La Unión
Producer: FUDAM / Manos de Mujeres (women producers)
Varieties: Castillo, Colombia
Process: Washed
Elevation: 1600–2100 MASL
Roast level: Medium-Dark (Full City+)
Best after: 3–10 days from roast
This lot comes from Manos de Mujeres, a subgroup of women producers within FUDAM, a 300-member organic and Rainforest Alliance–certified co-op in Nariño's La Unión municipality.
Currently this product is produced under the Arkansas Food Freedom act (i.e. made at my residence, which is exempt from state licensing and inspection).

Best coffee ever! So rich and smooth. Look forward to it every morning : )
I bought the Colombia La Unión as a Christmas gift for several friends and family members and it was a huge hit with everyone, including a self-described coffee snob. Great coffee, and even better customer service!
