Medium-Dark Roast (Full City+)

This is our bold, traditional coffee in the lineup. It might not always be this one (previously it was Colombia La Union), but this one has similar flavors and roast profile. This makes an excellent espresso or auto-drip. Can be used for pour-over too, but I wouldn't recommend it.

Tasting notes: chocolate, almond, stone fruit

Origin: Colombia, Pitalito, Huila
Sourced From: Genuine Origin
Varieties: Caturra, Castillo, Typica
Harvested: September-December 2025
Process: Washed
Elevation: 1670-1950 MASL
Roast level: Medium-Dark (Full City+)
Best after: 3–10 days from roast

This coffee comes from various smallholders in the Pitalito municipality in the Huila department of Colombia. These smallholders have farms in varying microclimates, which leads to layered and complex flavors.

Currently this product is produced under the Arkansas Food Freedom act (i.e. made at my residence, which is exempt from state licensing and inspection).
