Medium-Dark Roast (Full City+)
This is our bold, traditional coffee in the lineup. It might not always be this one (previously it was Colombia La Union), but this one has similar flavors and roast profile. This makes an excellent espresso or auto-drip. Can be used for pour-over too, but I wouldn't recommend it.

This coffee comes from various smallholders in the Pitalito municipality in the Huila department of Colombia. These smallholders have farms in varying microclimates, which leads to layered and complex flavors.
