Medium-Light Roast
A balance between traditional coffee flavor and more modern flavors from the lighter roast and natural processing of this Ethiopian coffee. It has some fruity notes and some funky fermented notes. I think this one works well for pour-over or espresso (but not for milk drinks, Americanos or plain espresso). If you're a fan of traditional or darker coffees, probably skip this one.
