Currently this product is produced under the Arkansas Food Freedom act (i.e. made at my residence, which is exempt from state licensing and inspection). We are working on moving into an approved facility, so please bear with us.

We generally ship whole beans, but if you need it ground we can grind it fresh for you right before we ship it out. Just leave us a note at checkout and tell us what what brewing method you'll be using (espresso, pour-over, drip, French press, etc.) or what grind size you prefer.
